The Jim Collins Scholarship recipients have been named for the Corsicana High School (CHS) Class of 2013. This prestigious, four-year collegiate scholarship is awarded annually to CHS graduates who are outstanding students, exhibit excellent citizenship, and are proven scholastic leaders. Forty-seven students in the 2013 Class will receive a combined total of $864,000.

The 2013 Senior Class honored Karla Swanson as its Teacher of the Year. Congratulating her are the 2012-13 Senior Class Officers. The award was started by last year's senior class given to the an outstanding teacher who made and exceptional impact on the class as a whole.
